Cotai Strip Cotai Arena (English: Cotai Strip Cotai Arena, referred to as: Cotai Arena), formerly known as the Venetian Complex, is one of Macau's indoor venues. It is the most comprehensive integrated indoor multi-purpose exhibition and performance venue in Asia, and can accommodate more than 15,000 people at the same time. It is also the largest single-story indoor event venue in Macau (calculated by seats). The number of viewers can be accommodated in the variety hall. Hong Kong's Hung Hom Stadium has more than 12,000 people . The Variety Hall is located in the Venetian Macao Resort and was opened on August 28, 2007 with the Venetian Macao Resort. There is air conditioning throughout the building and there are no pillars in the venue. In line with the development of the entire Cotai Strip, the complex was renamed “Lulu Jinguang Avenue-Jinguang Comprehensive Art Museum” in May 2008.
